10-20 business days for your design to be completed.

For orders within Europe it takes 2 to 7 business days.

International orders take 2 to 5 business days.

Custom fees and taxes

Customs/import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are imposed by the country’s regulations to which the goods are shipped to.

Delivery to PO Boxes and Military bases

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes and Military bases.

Our metal art pieces are powder-coated and can be hung outside; however, we do not offer a rust-free guarantee.
What is powder coating?

Powder coating is a process that was initially invented to protect metal parts from chemical and abrasive action but has since spread to aesthetic applications across the industrial spectrum. Powder coated parts and decorations are completely safe to use at home.
What happens if my order arrived damaged?

Do not worry about it, we can send a replacement or provide a partial refund according to the damage of the product.
Do you offer price match policy?

Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if the Price of the model you purchased at structurelines.com is reduced, you can apply for Price Match and we will refund you the price difference.
